摘　　要：任何组织中都潜伏着危机,当危机没有显现出来时,组织往往感觉不到危机的存在。本文从中国传统太极思维的视角解读危机潜伏、发生、发展的过程,提出危机潜伏和发展变化的“种因”模型,构建了基于太极思维和太极管理方法论的危机管理四大原则:不丢不顶、以快制慢、沾黏连随、虚实相间。Crisis lurks in any organization,while the organization often cannot feel its existence if the crisis does not appear.From the perspective of traditional Chinese Tai Chi Thoughts,this paper interprets the process of crisis latency,occurrence and development,puts forward the“seed-cause”model of crisis latency and development,and constructs four major principles of crisis management based on Tai Chi thoughts and Tai Chi management methodology:no departure nor resistance,controlling the slow with fast speed,adhering,linking and following,and alternating virtue with reality.
