摘 要:以灯笼树种子为试材,采用培养皿纸上法,分别研究了不同光照处理、不同浸种时间处理、不同激素种类处理、不同赤霉素浸泡时间和赤霉素浓度处理对种子萌发的影响,以期为灯笼树繁殖培育和园林应用提供参考依据。结果表明:光照处理下种子的发芽率和发芽势均极显著优于黑暗处理,证明光照是影响种子萌发的因素。不同浸种时间处理中,均可以促进灯笼树种子萌发,其中以35℃温水浸种1 h效果最佳。不同激素种类处理中,均有利于灯笼树种子萌发,以赤霉素处理的发芽效果最好。在不同赤霉素浸泡时间处理中,以100 mg·L^-1处理6 h的效果最好。不同赤霉素浓度处理中,以100 mg·L^-1处理24 h的效果最佳,说明浸种和激素的处理促进灯笼树种子萌发。Taking seeds of Enkianthus chinensis as test materials,the petri dish method was used,effects of different light treatments,different soaking time treatments,different hormone treatments,different soaking time and different concentration of gibberellin on seed germination of Enkianthus chinensis were studied.The result of this study could be intended to provide theoretical basis for seed reproduction and application in landscaping of Enkianthus chinensis.The results showed that the germination rate and germination potential of seeds under the condition of light were significantly better than that under the condition of dark,indicating that light was the factor of seed germination.In different soaking time,it could promote the seed germination of Enkianthus chinensis,and the best soaking time was 1 hour at 35℃.In different hormone treatments,all of them were beneficial to the seed germination of Enkianthus chinensis,and gibberellin treatment had the best germination effect.Among the treatments with different soaking time of gibberellin,the best treatment time was 6 hours under concentration of 100 mg·L^-1.Among the treatments with different concentration of gibberellin,the best treatment time was 24 hours under concentration of 100 mg·L^-1.The results showed that seed soaking and hormone treatment could promote the germination of the seeds of Enkianthus chinensis.
