将革命热情与科学精神紧密结合——论延安时期的李富春

摘　　要：延安时期,李富春在投身革命事业时,特别重视把革命的热情与干革命事业的科学精神结合起来,以调查研究为基础,努力探寻事业发展的内在规律,以科学精神解决实际工作中的新问题,推动事业创新发展;在严守组织纪律开展工作的过程中,强调以尊重、理解为根基凝聚人心,全心全意服务人民、诚诚恳恳对待同志,体现着中国共产党人真挚的人文情怀与利他精神;在严谨认真躬身实践的基础上,注重以马克思主义为指导,以问题为导向,紧密结合具体工作实际和自身丰富的革命实践经验进行理论思考,具有浓郁的时代气息和求真指向。延安时期的李富春在政治上日趋成熟、能力上全面提升,实现了从主政地方到成为中央领导一员的重要转型,诠释了延安时期中国共产党焕发巨大生机活力的内在动因。During the Yan’an period, when Li Fuchun devoted himself to the revolutionary cause, he was attentive to the combination between revolutionary enthusiasm and scientific spirit. Based on research, he worked diligently to explore the internal laws of career development, solved the new problems in practical work with scientific spirit and promoted the innovation and development of the cause. In the process of strictly observing organizational discipline and carrying out work, he emphasized that we should unite people with respect and comprehension, serve the people wholeheartedly and treat comrades sincerely, reflecting the sincere humanistic feelings and altruistic spirit of the Chinese Communists. On the basis of rigorous and conscientious practice, focusing on taking Marxism as the principle guide, being problem-oriented, and combining the actual work and his own rich revolutionary experience for theoretical thinking, he developed a strong characteristic for seeking the truth. During the Yan’an period, Li Fuchun became more politically mature and comprehensively improved in his ability. He transitioned from a local administrative leader to a member of the central party leadership. This illustrated the internal motivation for the great vitality of the Communist Party of China during the Yan’an period.
