摘　　要：“文化”与“人化”的统一呈现了文化主体辩证的伦理实践,人的“主体伦理之为”既确立了文化的“客观精神”,也确立了文化主体人的“内在精神”很明显,人在文化中处于主体地位,与此同时人也为文化公共空间与主体自我进行了价值立法。由此,“文化”便与“德行”统一,主体道德认知为主体行为提供了“善”的意向。那么,在“善”的意向之下,又该如何建构人在文化中德行呢?人们一方面通过“扬善止恶”实现行为归德,另一方面通过“克己复礼”实现德行从“为己”到“为他”的伦理延伸。德行归于文化主体,如何形成完整的文化主体?这分明是文化主体的伦理目标,文化主体通过将“主体可为”的道德人格与“主体不可为而为之”的理想人格统一在一起,以此而实现“心性相通”的意志自由。The unity of"culture"and"humanization"presents the dialectical ethical practice of cultural subjects.The"ethical behavior of human beings"establishes both the"objective spirit"of culture and the"intrinsic spirit"of cul-tural subjects.Obviously,man occupies the dominant position in the culture.At the same time,he has also enacted value legislation for cultural public space and subject self.As a result,"culure"is unified with"morality",and the subject's moral cognition provides the"good"intention for the subject's behavior.Then,under the intention of"good",how can one construet a person's vitue in culture?On the one hand,people realize their behavior by vitue of"adhering to the good and stopping evil",and on the other hand,they realize the ethical extension of virtue from"for themselves"to"for him'through"self-denial and retribution."Virtue is attributed to the cultural subject,how to form a complete cultural subject?This is clearly the ethical goal of the cultural subject.By unifying the moral personality of"the subjeet can do"and the"deal personality of"the subject cannot do it",the cultural subject realizes the freedom of will of"communicative nature".
