摘　　要：[目的]总结分析赵薇教授针药结合调泡法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的学术思想及经验。[方法]通过跟随赵薇教授参与临床诊疗工作及整理相关病案,从病因病机、辨证施治及遣方用药方面对其治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的见解进行归纳总结,并附验案佐证。[结果]赵薇教授认为本病发病主要责之肝、脾、肾功能失调,以致卵泡失于充养,道路不通,强调卵泡的“育”与“排”是治疗的关键,临证培补脾肾以助卵泡发育,疏肝理气、化痰祛瘀以通道路,于氤氲之时行针刺疗法,助卵子排出,结合调周之法,顺应阴阳转化,并将调整作息、控制饮食等日常干预作为治疗本病的必要手段。所举医案,赵薇教授辨为阴虚有热、脾虚痰湿,治以滋阴清热、健脾除湿,同时顺应阴阳周期变化,采用补肾健脾基础方化裁,取得较好疗效。[结论]赵薇教授以针药结合综合调泡法治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症疗效确切,值得学习借鉴。[Objective]To summarize Professor ZHAO Wei's clinical experience and academic thoughts of acupuncture combined with regulation of ovarian follicle in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)infertility.[Methods]Through following Professor ZHAO Wei's clinical work and studying the related medical records,Professor ZHAO Wei's treatment experience and unique insights were summarized in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,prescription and medication.A clinical case was reported for better demonstration.[Results]Professor ZHAO Wei believes that the main cause of PCOS infertility is due to liver,spleen and kidney dysfunction,resulting in the loss of follicles nourishment and blockage of the road.She emphasizes that the“nurture”and“exhaustion”of follicles is the key of treatment.In clinic,the treatment should be cultivating and replenishing the spleen and kidney to help follicular development,combined with soothing the liver and regulating Qi,dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis.Acupuncture therapy should be used during ovulation to help ovulation.Combined with the menstrual cycle-regulating therapy,it complied with the transformation of Yin and Yang,and daily interventions such as adjusting scheduale and controlling diet were taken as necessary means to treat the disease.The medical case was identified as Yin deficiency with heat and spleen deficiency with phlegm dampness,and was treated by nourishing Yin and releasing heat,invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness and adapting to the cycle of Yin and Yang.Professor ZHAO Wei adopted the modified Bushen Jianpi Basic Recipe,and the curative effect was remarkable.[Conclusion]Professor ZHAO Wei's treatment of PCOS infertility through acupuncture combined with regulation of ovarian follicle has a definite effect,which is worth learning.
