摘　　要：目的探讨外周神经阻滞麻醉对股骨骨折手术患者术后疼痛及排尿方式的影响。方法选择上饶市立医院2018年7月~2019年10月收治的60例股骨骨折手术患者,按照机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规全麻,观察组则采用外周神经阻滞麻醉。比较两组术后2、4、8、12、24、48 h的疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS);比较两组术后的自主排尿率、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者术后2、4、8、12、24、48 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,且术后自主排尿率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周神经阻滞麻醉有利于减轻股骨骨折手术患者的术后疼痛,促进患者自主排尿,安全性与全麻相当,但仍需进一步研究加以验证。Objective To explore the effect of peripheral nerve block anesthesia on postoperative pain and urination method in patients with femoral fracture surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with femoral fracture surgery who were admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from July 2018 to October 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine general anesthesia,and the patients in observation group were given peripheral nerve block anesthesia.The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)after surgery for 2,4,8,12,24 and 48 h were compared between two groups;the postoperative self-urination rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of observation group after surgery for 2,4,8,12,24 and 48 h were lower than those of control group,and the postoperative self-urination rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Peripheral nerve block anesthesia for patients with femoral fracture surgery can reduce postoperative pain and promote self-urination,whose safety is equivalent to general anesthesia,but further research is needed to verify it.
