2018年邳州市人民医院药物不良反应报告分析

摘　　要：目的分析2018年邳州市人民医院药物不良反应(ADR)情况。方法选取2018年1~12月邳州市人民医院(以下简称“本院”)共318例ADR报告进行分析。统计发生不良反应患者的一般情况、不良反应严重程度、患者原发疾病、既往药物不良史、家族药物不良史、不良反应药物种类、剂型、给药途径;不良反应主要表现、不良反应结果等。结果男188例,占59.12%,女130例,占40.88%。年龄以>40~60岁占比最高,为35.85%。患者原发疾病以呼吸系统疾病占比最高,为25.79%。药物种类中中成药和抗菌药物的比例较高,分别占30.19%、15.72%。剂型主要以口服剂型和注射剂/粉针剂为主,分别占55.66%、42.14%;给药途径中以口服和静脉给药比例较高,分别占55.35%、41.82%。不良反应主要表现为消化道反应、过敏性反应、神经系统反应等,分别占39.62%、36.16%、14.15%;其中有4例患者发生休克。患者结局好转306例,占96.23%,痊愈10例,占3.14%。结论2018年1~12月本院ADR患者以中老年为主,药物以中成药、抗菌药比例较高,口服、注射剂/粉针剂比例较高,绝大多数为一般不良反应,个别患者发生严重休克,绝大多数患者好转或痊愈。Objective To analyze adverse drug reactions in Pizhou People′s Hospital(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")in 2018.Methods A total of 318 adverse drug reaction reports from January to December 2018 of our hospital were analyzed.The general situation,severity of adverse reactions,patient′s primary diseases,previous adverse drug history,family adverse drug history,types of adverse drugs,dosage forms,routes of administration,main manifestations and results of adverse reactions were analyzed.Results Altogether 188 were males(59.12%)and 130 were females(40.88%);the highest proportion was>40-60 years old,accounting for 35.85%.Respiratory diseases accounted for 25.79%of the patient′s primary diseases.The proportions of Chinese patent medicine and antibacterial medicine were higher,accounting for 30.19%and 15.72%respectively.The main dosage forms were oral dosage form and injection powder injection,accounting for 55.56%and 42.14%respectively;in the route of administration,the proportions of oral and intravenous drugs were higher,accounting for 55.35%and 41.82%respectively.The main adverse reactions were gastrointestinal symptoms,allergic reactions and nervous system reactions,accounting for 39.62%,36.16%and 14.15%respectively,among which 4 patients had shock.306 cases improved,accounting for 96.23%,10 cases recovered,accounting for 3.14%.Conclusion From January to December 2018,the ADR patients in our hospital are mainly middle-aged and elderly people.The proportion of Chinese patent medicine and antibacterial medicine is relatively high,and the proportion of oral and injection minute injection is relatively high.Most of them are general ADRs,but some patients have severe shock,and most of them have improved or recovered.
