Objective To design anti-drooped foot mats lifting for lower limb and explore the application effect in stroke patients. Methods A total of 102 cases of stroke patients treated in Ganzhou People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected, and were divided into experimental group(n=51)and control group(n=51)in order of time of admission.Patients in the experimental group were given anti-drooped foot mats lifting for lower limb, the control group were given traditional T-shaped shoes or orthopedic mat,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis, strephenopodia, drooped foot and compliance of families were compared. Results The incidence rates of deep venous thrombosis, strephenopodia and drooped foot in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the compliance of families was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-made anti-drooped foot mats lifting for lower limb can reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis, strephenopodia, drooped foot of patients and can improve the using compliance of families.
