摘　　要：目的总结医用三氧治疗寻常型银屑病患者的护理要点及注意事项。方法回顾性分析2016年5月~2019年4月武汉市武东医院收治的确诊为寻常型银屑病43例患者,总结医用三氧治疗期护理干预及注意事项。结果经系统医用三氧治疗和精心护理,大部分患者的皮损消褪,临床症状基本消失或明显改善,病情得到有效控制,总有效率为74.4%。结论寻常型银屑病患者三氧治疗同时,给予系统、有效的护理措施和积极的心理支持,效果明显。Objective To summarize the nursing points and points for attention of patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated with medical trioxygenation.Methods A total of 43 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Wuhan Wudong Hospital from May 2016 to April 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing intervention and precautions during the period of medical trioxygenation were analyzed and summarized.Results After systematic medical trioxygenation treatment and careful nursing,most of the patients′skin lesions disappeared,clinical symptoms basically disappeared or significantly improved,the condition was effectively controlled,the total effective rate was 74.4%.Conclusion When the patients with psoriasis vulgaris are treated with trioxygenation,they are given systematic and effective nursing measures and positive psychological support,with significant effect.
