医院党建工作在创新体制管理下的发展和思考

摘　　要：目前医院党建工作存在开展不足、方式落后、认识较低、人才缺乏、制度缺失等多种问题,加强创新体制管理下的医院党建工作刻不容缓。开展好医院党建工作直接关系到基层党组织能否起到正常的思想教育功能,同时对于加强党的领导,保持医院党员干部战斗力凝聚力,提升医院服务质量具有重要作用,因此,新时期的医院党建工作的创新发展需要提高党建工作认识、改善党建开展方式、引进党建专业人才、完善党建管理制度、建立健全考核机制等方面入手,切实将医院党建管理工作提上日程重视起来开展到位,才能最大程度上提高党员干部思想认识,提升医院服务水平,拉近融洽医患关系,为建设有温度有服务的医院工作氛围打好基础。本文将从创新体制管理的角度出发,对医院党建管理进行简单的探讨。At present,there are many problems in the hospital party building work,such as insufficient development,backward methods,low awareness,lack of talents,and lack of systems.It is urgent to strengthen the party building work of the hospital under the management of innovative systems.Carrying out the party building work in the hospital is directly related to whether the grass-roots party organizations can play a normal ideological and educational function.At the same time,it has an important role in strengthening the party′s leadership,maintaining the cohesion of the party′s cadres in the hospital,and improving the quality of hospital services.Therefore,innovative development of hospital party building work in the new period needs to improve party building work awareness,improve party building development methods,introduce party building professionals,improve party building management systems,establish and improve the evaluation mechanism,and earnestly put hospital party building management work on the agenda and carry it out in order to maximize the degree to improve the ideological understanding of party members and cadres,improve the hospital service level,narrow the relationship between doctors and patients,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a hospital with a warm and service atmosphere.This article will proceed from the perspective of innovation system management and make a simple discussion on the hospital′s party building management.
