摘  要:为了提高零件的抗磨和防腐蚀性能,采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺在30CrMo钢基体上制备了Cr3C2-Ni Cr涂层;测试了该涂层的基本物理以及抗磨损和腐蚀性能等性能,并采用扫描电镜观察了涂层的显微组织和磨损腐蚀后的形貌。结果表明:Cr3C2-Ni Cr粉末在喷涂过程中生产了少量的Cr7C3脱碳相,所制备Cr3C2-Ni Cr涂层组织结构致密、硬度高、与基体的结合强度高。与30CrMo钢相比,Cr3C2-Ni Cr涂层表现出较优异的抗腐蚀磨粒磨损性能。将该涂层在阀门上进行应用,取得了很好的使用效果。In order to increase the wear and corrosion resistance of the mechanical parts,a Cr3C2-Ni Cr coating was deposited on the 30 CrMo steel by using high velocity oxygen fuel process.The basic physical properties,wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coating were tested.In addition,the microstructure as well as wear and corrosion morphologies of the Cr3C2-Ni Cr coating was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Results showed that the Cr3C2-NiCr powders could form a slight of Cr7C3 phase during the spraying process.The obtained Cr3C2-Ni Cr coating possessed a dense microstructure,high micro-hardness and good bond strength between the coating and the substrate.In the comparison of 30 CrMo steel,the Cr3C2-Ni Cr coating exhibited much better abrasive wear and corrosion resistance.The application of the Cr3C2-Ni Cr coating on the valve achieved a very satisfied result.
