摘 要:为解决以往制备羟基磷灰石(HA)方法存在的不足,采用水热合成法依次在纯钛表面制备磷酸盐转化膜(PCC)和羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层;采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、电化学工作站等进行表征,对制备羟基磷灰石涂层的最佳钙离子浓度进行了探究。结果证明:以含有Zn^2+,PO^3-4和NO^-3的溶液作为反应介质,在250℃条件下水热处理12 h可制得均匀致密的化学转化膜;在此基础上,以CaCl2溶液为介质,可在水热条件下制得原位生长的羟基磷灰石。其中,以0.25 mol/L CaCl2溶液为介质,在250℃下反应12 h,可获得均匀致密、与磷酸盐转化膜具有良好结合强度的羟基磷灰石涂层。电化学分析表明,磷酸盐转化膜-羟基磷灰石复合涂层对纯钛基体具有良好的保护作用。Phosphate conversion coatings and hydroxyapatite composite coatings were synthesized on the surface of titanium by two-step hydrothermal method.The coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),etc.The optimal calcium ion concentration for the preparation of hydroxyapatite coatings was studied.Results showed that a dense and uniform titanium-zinc phosphate coating could be synthesized in solution containing Zn^2+,PO^3-4and NO^3-at 250℃for 12 h,which was followed by in-situ growing hydroxyapatite in the calcium chloride solution.The compact hydroxyapatite coating was obtained in a 0.25 mol/L calcium chloride solution at 250℃for 12 h,which also had good adhesion strength with titanium-zinc phosphate.Furthermore,electrochemical analysis showed that phosphate-hydroxyapatite composite coating provided good protection for pure titanium matrix.
