摘 要:阐述了高强度管线钢X100的化学成分、金相组成、物理性能和化学性能,讨论了我国不同区域油田采出水的组成及特性,分析了管线钢在油气输送过程中发生CO2局部腐蚀的主要原因。CO2本身对管线钢的腐蚀影响甚微,一旦溶于水中会随着油气管道输送中输送介质的温度、压强、溶液的pH值和管输流速的变化而影响CO2对管线钢的腐蚀速率。因此,需要对管线钢进行腐蚀规律和腐蚀防护的研究。讨论了X100作为一种高级管线钢可采取的防腐蚀措施,包括在油气介质中加入缓蚀剂、在管道内外表面增设涂层和阴极保护技术来进行防腐蚀。The chemical composition,metallographic composition,physical properties and chemical properties of high strength pipeline steel X100 were described in this paper.The composition and characteristics of oilfield produced water in different regions of China were discussed.The main causes of CO2 local corrosion in pipeline oil transportation were analysed.Results showed that CO2 had little effect on the corrosion of pipeline steel,but it would affect the corrosion rate of CO2 on pipeline steel with the temperature,pressure,p H value of the solution and the flow rate of the pipeline when CO2 was dissolved in water.Therefore,it was necessary to study the corrosion law and corrosion protection of pipeline steel.Moreover,the anti-corrosion measures for X100 as a kind of advanced pipeline steel were discussed,including adding corrosion inhibitor to the oil and gas medium,adding internal coating on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipeline and using cathodic protection techniques.
