摘  要:为解决传统塑料线材裁切机只能裁切形状规则的物料,及长度精度差和生产效率低等问题,设计了一种可用于定长定位切割直径在轴向成规律性变化的空心异型高分子管切粒机。切粒机由传送裁切系统和收料系统组成。采用多通道送料,提高了生产效率;双辊驱动机构和挡板定位结构保证了裁切长度和位置精度;收料系统可自动收集裁切后的颗粒。样机测试结果表明,所设计的切粒机裁切精度高,颗粒长度误差<1%,切口质量好;生产效率高,每小时大于18000粒,满足了产品精度和生产效率要求。In order to solve the problems of traditional plastic wire cutting machine that could only cut materials with regular shape,poor length accuracy and low production efficiency,a hollow plastic pipe with diameter changes regularly in the axial direction cutting machine was designed,which could be used to cut the pipe in the predetermined length and position.The cutting machine was composed of conveying cutting system and collecting system.Production efficiency was improved by adopting multi-channel feeding structure.Cutting length and position accuracy was guaranteed through the double roller drive mechanism and baffle positioning structure,and the collecting system could automatically collect the cut particles.The results of prototyping test show that the designed cutting machine has a high cutting accuracy,the particle length error is less than 1%,and the incision quality is good.The production efficiency is more than 18000 items per hour,which meets the requirements of product accuracy and production efficiency.
