摘 要:收集了目前国内外常见对位芳纶及共聚改性产品Kevlar29、Technora、Armos、芳纶Ⅱ和芳纶Ⅲ。采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对纤维的化学结构、聚集态结构、形貌结构进行表征,并采用纤维强度仪、热失重仪等对这些产品的力学性能和热性能进行了表征。结果证明,Technora中存在3,4-二胺基二苯醚结构,Armos和芳纶Ⅲ中存在苯并咪唑结构。Kevlar29和芳纶Ⅱ的结晶度相对较高,Armos和芳纶Ⅲ的取向度较高。五种纤维的截面都是比较标准的圆形,其中Armos和芳纶Ⅲ的单纤直径较大。Armos和芳纶Ⅲ两种杂环芳纶的力学性能最好,国产芳纶系列力学性能均高于国外同种产品。Kevlar29和芳纶Ⅱ的热分解温度较高,而Armos和芳纶Ⅲ的残炭率较高。This study collected the commercial para aramid and its modified products,Kevlar29,Technora,Armos,Aramid Ⅱ and Aramid Ⅲ.The chemical structure,aggregation structure and morphological structure of the fiber were investigated by Fourier infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical and thermal properties of these products were characterized by fiber strength meter and thermogravimeter.The results prove that 3,4-2 amino diphenyl ether structure exists in Technora and Armos and Aramid Ⅲ have benzimidazole structures in their molecules.Kevlar29 and Aramid Ⅱ have relatively high crystallinity and Armos and aramid Ⅲ have relatively perfect orientation structure.These five kinds of fibers all have round shape cross sections.The diameters of Armos and Aramid Ⅲ are larger than those of others.Armos and Aramid Ⅲ have better mechanical properties than other aramid fibers.Kevlar29 and Aramid Ⅱ have higher thermal decomposition temperature than other modified aramid fibers,but Armos and aramid Ⅲ have the higher rate of carbon residue than other aramid fibers.
