摘 要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体、导电炭黑(CB)为填料,通过熔融共混、注塑成型的方法制备导电复合材料。测定在恒应力幅值条件下,加载频率为1 Hz时,不同填料含量的导电高聚物在循环压缩载荷作用下的力/电性能。结果表明:随循环周数增加,滞后环变小,塑性应变累积发生棘轮效应,随填料含量的增加,呈现出明显的疏-密特点,后期基本趋于重合,应变随填料含量增加而增加。当导电填料含量在逾渗区附近,导电通道相对脆弱,电性能不稳定;稍高于逾渗区,循环初始阶段,有微小波动,循环载荷后期基本趋于稳定;远高于逾渗区时,表现出良好的电性能的稳定性。通过扫描电子显微镜观察了导电填料的分布状况。Conductive composites were prepared by melt blending and injection molding with polypropylene(PP)as matrix and conductive carbon black(CB)as fillers.Under the condition of constant stress amplitude and 1 Hz loading frequency,the mechanical and electrical properties of conductive polymers with different filler contents under cyclic compression load were measured.The results show that with the increase of cycle number,the hysteresis ring becomes smaller,and the plastic strain accumulates with a ratchet effect.With the increase of filler contents,it presents obvious sparse-dense characteristics,and tends to coincide in the later stage.And the strain increases with the increase of filler contents.When the content of filler is near percolation threshold,the conductive path is relatively weak and the electrical properties are unstable.When it is slightly higher than percolation threshold,there is a slight fluctuation in the initial stage of the cycle,and then tends to be stable.When the filler content is much higher than the percolation threshold,it shows good electrical stability.Distribution of conductive fillers is also observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
