摘  要:以磷酸二氢铝(AP)为黏结剂,采用喷涂-热固法制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)以及X射线衍射(XRD)分析AP在涂层底漆和面漆的作用机制。利用附着力测试仪对涂层的附着力进行表征。利用MTF-5000摩擦磨损试验机及扫描电子显微镜研究AP含量对PTFE复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明,底漆的AP和Al2O3在热固反应过程中会产生高黏结强度的AlPO4,面漆的AP在加热条件下自身发生聚合反应形成大分子网状结构,涂层紧密地黏结到基体上。当底漆AP质量分数为35%时,涂层与基体之间的附着力达到试样中最高的18.8 N。PTFE复合涂层表现出良好的摩擦学性能。且随着面漆AP质量分数提高,涂层硬度增加;此外,涂层的摩擦系数随AP的增加先降低后提高,而涂层磨损量随AP的增加而显著降低。当面漆AP质量分数为30%时,涂层接触角为113°,摩擦系数达到最低值0.082。Taking aluminum dihydrogen phosphate(AP)as a binder,a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)composite coating was prepared by spray painting and heat curing.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to analyze the AP's mechanism of action in coating primers and topcoats.The adhesion force were characterized by adhesion tester.The MTF-5000 friction and wear tester and scanning electron microscope were used to study the influence of AP contents on the friction and wear properties of PTFE composites.The research results show that the AP and Al2O3 of the primer could produce AlPO4 with high bonding strength during the thermosetting reaction,and the AP of the topcoat could be polymerized by itself under heating to form a macromolecular network structure.The coating is tightly bonded to the substrate.When the mass fraction of primer AP is 35%,the adhesion between the coating and the substrate could reach the highest 18.8 N in the sample.The PTFE composite coating shows good friction performance.And as the top coat AP increases,the hardness of the coating increases.In addition,the friction coefficient of the coating first decreases and then increases with the increase of AP,while the amount of coating wear decreases significantly with the increase of AP.When the mass fraction of topcoat AP is 30%,the coating contact angle is 113°,and the friction coefficient reaches the lowest value of 0.082.
