摘　　要：提高患者自我护理能力是癌症管理的重要组成部分。本文从自我护理的定义、自我护理能力测量工具、乳腺癌患者自我护理能力现状、影响因素及干预措施等方面对乳腺癌患者自我护理的研究进展做一综述,旨在为乳腺癌患者的临床护理工作提供参考。Improving patients′self-care ability is an important part of cancer management.This paper summarizes the research progress of self-care of breast cancer patients from the aspects of self-care definition,self-care ability measurement tools,current situation of self-care ability of breast cancer patients,influencing factors and intervention measures,so as to provide reference for clinical nursing of breast cancer patients.
