沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果。方法70例扩张型心机病患者为研究对象,按照一比一分组法分为对照组及实验组,各35例。对照组使用常规药物联合依那普利进行治疗,实验组使用常规药物联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗。对比两组患者的不良反应发生率以及治疗效果。结果实验组患者发生低血压1例,咳嗽4例,肾功能损伤0例,轻度血管性水肿1例,不良反应发生率为17.1%;对照组患者发生低血压3例,咳嗽7例,肾功能损伤2例,轻度血管性水肿3例,不良反应发生率为42.9%。实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗显著22例,有效8例,无效5例,治疗总有效率为85.7%;对照组患者治疗显著9例,有效13例,无效13例,治疗总有效率为62.9%。实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗扩张型心肌病可以提高治疗效果,降低患者不良反应发生率,值得在今后临床治疗中应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 70 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy as study subjects were divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined with enalapril,and the experimental group was treated with conventional drugs combined with sacubitril valsartan sodium.The incidence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,there were 1 case of hypotension,4 cases of cough,0 case of renal function injury and 1 case of mild vascular edema,with incidence of adverse reactions as 17.1%;in the control group,there were 3 cases of hypotension,7 cases of cough,2 cases of renal function injury and 3 cases of mild vascular edema,with incidence of adverse reactions as 42.9%.The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were 22 excellent cases,8 effective cases and 5 ineffective cases,with total treatment effective rate as 85.7%;in the control group,there were 9 excellent cases,13 effective cases and 13 ineffective cases,with total treatment effective rate as 62.9%.The total treatment effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium can improve the therapeutic effect of dilated cardiomyopathy,lower the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
