米索前列醇联合利多卡因在绝经后妇女取环术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析在绝经后妇女取环术中应用米索前列醇与利多卡因的价值。方法100例绝经后行取环术的妇女作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用米索前列醇治疗,观察组患者采用米索前列醇与利多卡因联合治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、宫颈软化程度及手术情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间为(3.08±0.75)min,显著短于对照组的(4.61±1.04)min,差异具有统计学意义(t=8.4375,P=0.0000<0.05)。对照组宫颈总软化率为76.00%,观察组宫颈总软化率为92.00%;观察组宫颈总软化率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术顺利率为86%,高于对照组的68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将米索前列醇与利多卡因联合用于绝经后妇女取环手术中,能有效促进患者宫颈口的扩张和软化程度,保证手术的顺利进行,值得在临床中广泛推行。Objective To analyze the value of misoprostol combined with lidocaine in the removal of intrauterine device in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 100 postmenopausal women undergoing removal of intrauterine device as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The operation time,cervical softening degree and operation condition of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was(3.08±0.75)min,which was significantly shorter than(4.61±1.04)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.4375,P=0.0000<0.05).The total cervical softening degree of the control group was 76.00%,which was 92.00%of the observation group.The total cervical softening degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation success rate of the observation group was 86%,which was higher than 68%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of misoprostol and lidocaine in postmenopausal women’s removal of intrauterine device can effectively promote the dilatation and softening of the patient’s cervix and ensure the smooth progress of the operation.It is worthy of being widely implemented in the clinic.
