摘  要:某钢铁公司2500 m3高炉经过大修后的生产实践证明,总体上达到设计目标。本次大修设计为该炉第二代炉役设计,虽然大修投产后达到设计目标,但从大修后的生产实践来看,也有许多值得优化的地方,如:高炉上料系统逐渐逼近作业率上限;高炉软水系统冷却缺乏调节能力;热风支管波纹补偿器寿命受限;煤气净化工艺带来的废弃物等。本文对这些问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出优化设计倾向,为将来设计改进提供了方向。Production practice of a iron and steel company 2500 m3 BF after overhaul proved to achieve the design goal as a whole.This overhaul design is the second generation of service design of the furnace,although the design objectives have been achieved after overhaul has been put into operation,but from the perspective of production practice after major repair,there are also many areas worth optimizing,such as:charging system of blast furnace gradually approach the upper limit of operation rate;lack of regulation capacity of soft water system cooling of blast furnace;limited service life of corrugated compensator of hot air branch pipe;waste from gas purification process,etc.This paper analyzes and discusses these problems,put forward the optimal design trend,provide direction for future BF design improvement.
