摘 要:本文从设计角度,探讨了炉底封板结构、炉底炉缸冷却系统和炉底炉缸耐材的材质及结构等对高炉炉底炉缸寿命的影响,并进行了分析总结。从提高炉底炉缸寿命考虑,采用了一种新型高炉炉底炉缸结构型式、炉底炉缸采用软水作为冷却水系统、炉底炉缸采用“炭砖+陶瓷杯”的结构形式等技术措施。实践证明,这些措施是实现高炉炉底炉缸长寿目标的优选方案。From the point of the view of design,this paper discusses the influence of the structure of the bottom seal plate,the cooling system of the BF’s bottom&hearth,the material and structure of the resistant material of the BF’s bottom&hearth on the longevity,moreover carried on the analysis and summary.Considering improving the life of furnace bottom&hearth,a new type of furnace bottom&hearth structure is adopted,the bottom&hearth adopts soft water as cooling water system,the bottom&hearth adopts the structure form of"carbon brick+ceramic cup"and other technical measures.Practice proof,these are the optimal selection scheme to realize the long life goal of blast furnace bottom hearth.
