摘  要:对分散染料墨水与活性染料墨水复配后的物化性能、喷射性能、稳定性能及应用进行研究。结果表明,分散/活性染料墨水物化性能符合墨水打印标准;墨滴喷射体积和速度与墨水黏度成负相关;墨水的冷、热稳定性和离心稳定性均较好。分散/活性染料墨水复配比与涤棉织物混纺比相近时,织物干热转移印花的得色量和固色率较高,耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度在4级左右。The physical and chemical properties,injection performance,stability and application of dis⁃perse dye ink and reactive dye ink are studied.The results show that the physical and chemical proper⁃ties of disperse/reactive dye ink meet the ink standard for printing.The injection volume and speed of ink droplets are negatively correlated with ink viscosity.The ink has good cold/thermal and centrifugal stability.When the blending ratio of disperse/reactive dye ink is similar to that of polyester/cotton fabric,the color yield and fixation rate of dry heat transfer printing are higher,and the color fastness to washing and rubbing is about Grade 4.
