摘　　要：选择分散红玉S-5BL、赛德克司金黄ETD和范塔根藏青GLS三支染料分别对Coolmax纤维进行染色,研究了染料用量对上染率和K/S值的影响,并优化了复合混拼染料染色工艺参数。结果表明,随着染料用量的增加,染料上染率下降,染色纤维K/S值增大。分散红玉S-5BL 0.8%(omf)、赛德克司金黄ETD 0.3%(omf)和范塔根藏青GLS 4.5%(omf)混拼,在染色温度130℃,染色时间70 min的条件下,染料上染率可达96.95%,染后纤维K/S值26.92。Coolmax纤维含量达到20%时,缎纹组织精纺毛织物表现出优良的吸湿排汗性能。Coolmax fiber is dyed with Disperse Ruby S-5BL,Cedex Gold ETD and Fantagen Navy Blue GLS respectively.The influence of dye dosage on dye uptake and K/S value is studied.The dyeing pro⁃cess parameters of the three mixed dyes are optimized.The results show that the dye uptake decreas⁃es and the K/S value increases with the increase of dye dosage.When Disperse Ruby S-5BL 0.8%(omf),Cedex Gold ETD 0.3%(omf)and Fantagen Navy Blue GLS 4.5%(omf)are mixed together,the dye uptake is 96.95%and the K/S value of dyed fiber is 26.92 under the condition of dyeing at 130℃for 70 min.The satin worsted wool fabric shows excellent moisture management properties when the Coolmax fiber content reaches 20%.
