摘　　要：选择分散染料雅特隆红S-BEL、雅特隆黄SL-G和雅特隆蓝SL-B对涤纶经编织物进行染色,探讨了染液pH值、染色温度、载体种类对染色效果的影响。结果表明:雅特隆红S-BEL较佳的染色pH值为8,雅特隆黄SL-G和雅特隆蓝SL-B较佳的染色pH值为10,碱性染色织物的K/S值略大于酸性浴染色的织物。以苯甲醇为载体,三种染料在110℃染色织物的K/S值和不加载体在130℃染色织物的K/S值接近。三种染料在酸性浴和碱性浴染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度、耐干热牢度相近,其中雅特隆蓝SL-B的耐皂洗色牢度较差。Warp knitted polyester fabric is dyed with disperse dyes such as Yatron Red S-BEL,Yatron Yel⁃low SL-G and Yatron Blue SL-B.The effects of pH value of dye bath,dyeing temperature and carrier type on dyeing results are discussed.The results show that the optimum pH value of Yatron Red S-BEL is 8,that of Yatron Yellow SL-G and Yatron Blue SL-B is 10.The K/S value of fabric dyed in alkaline condi⁃tion is slightly higher than that in acidic bath.Using benzyl alcohol as a carrier,the K/S value of the fabric dyed with three dyes at 110℃is close to that dyed at 130℃.The color fastnesses to soaping and dry heat of the dyeings with above three dyes in acidic bath and alkaline bath are similar,except the poor soaping fastness of the dyeings with Yatron Blue SL-B.
