摘　　要：消防面料不仅需要优异的阻燃性能,更需要一定的防水效果。试验对PBO纤维进行活化,再采用自制的偶联剂对纤维接枝改性,最后经防水整理。通过正交试验得到优化工艺为:偶联剂质量浓度20 g/L,防水剂SG-601质量浓度60 g/L。防水整理后PBO纤维的阻燃性和拉伸强力未受影响。Fire resistant fabrics need not only excellent flame retardant performance,but also waterproof effect.PBO fiber is activated,then grafted with self-made coupling agent,and finally treated with water⁃proof finishing.Through orthogonal test,the optimized process is as follows:coupling agent 20 g/L,wa⁃terproof agent SG-60160 g/L.The flame retardancy and tensile strength of PBO fiber after waterproof finishing are not affected.
