摘  要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法,研究了电弧爆燃对防电弧织物外观形貌、微观结构和热性能的影响规律。OM结果表明,随着电弧爆燃能量的增加,织物迎爆面的炭化程度逐渐加深,经浮线处炭化程度高于其他位置;当电弧爆燃能量达到10.2 cal/cm2时,织物反面也出现变色和炭化现象。SEM结果表明,在电弧爆燃过程中,纤维先断裂,后炭化膨胀,且随着电弧爆燃能量增加,炭化程度增加。TG结果表明,随着暴露的电弧爆燃能量增加,织物残留量逐渐增加。FTIR结果表明,电弧能量的增加会导致混纺聚合物发生降解。XPS结果表明,随着电弧能量增加,织物表面C(1s)光电子峰面积逐渐增加,表面碳含量逐渐增加。The morphology,structure and thermal properties of arc protection fabrics are characterized and analyzed by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric anal⁃ysis(TG),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)before and after elec⁃tric arc exposure.OM results show that as the arc deflagration energy of the meta-aramid/FR viscose blended fabric exposed increases,the degree of carbonization of the fabric front surface gradually deep⁃ens,and the degree of carbonization at the float line is higher than other positions;when the arc defla⁃gration energy is higher and reaches 10.2 cal/cm2,the back of the fabric will also be discolored and car⁃bonized.SEM results show that during the arc deflagration process,the fiber breaks first,then carboniz⁃es and expands,and as the arc deflagration energy increases,the degree of carbonization increases.The TG results show that the initial combustion temperature is basically the same,and the mass resi⁃due gradually increases with the increase of the arc energy exposed to the fabric.FTIR results show that the increase of arc energy causes the degradation of meta-aramid/FR viscose blended polymer.XPS results show that with the increase of arc energy,the C(1s)photoelectron peak area on the fabric surface gradually increases.
