摘 要:海洋生态资源是自然资源的重要组成部分,是沿海地区经济生产的投入要素之一。海洋经济与海洋生态环境是一个具有高度复杂性、多层次性并具有耦合特征的开放系统。在借鉴两大系统耦合协调关系研究成果的基础上,构建海洋经济系统和海洋生态资源系统评价指标体系,利用线性加权模型测度2000-2018年江苏省海洋经济和海洋生态资源两大系统综合发展水平,并运用耦合度模型、耦合协调度模型及核密度估算模型分析海洋经济系统与海洋生态资源系统耦合协调度的变化特征及演变过程。研究结果表明:2000-2018年江苏省海洋经济系统与海洋生态环境系统耦合度与耦合协调度两者变化趋势基本趋同,大致呈现同步稳定上升态势;两大系统耦合协调度总体上从轻度失调向中级协调演变,但距离良好协调和优质协调还有较大的提升空间;两大系统耦合度高的年份相对较多,耦合协调度虽然没有达到两极分化的状态,但差异很大,低水平耦合协调度所占年份较多。Marine ecological resources are an important part of natural resources and one of the input factors of economic production in coastal areas. Marine economy and marine ecological environment is an open system with high complexity,multi-level and coupling characteristics. Based on the research results of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems,the evaluation index system of marine economic system and marine ecological resources system is constructed,and the linear weighted model is used to measure 2000-2018. In this paper,the coupling degree model,coupling coordination degree model and nuclear density estimation model are used to analyze the change characteristics and evolution process of coupling coordination degree between marine economic system and marine ecological resources system. The results show that:( 1) from 2000 to 2018,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of marine economic system and marine ecological environment system in Jiangsu Province basically tend to be the same,showing a synchronous and stable upward trend;( 2) the coupling coordination degree of the two systems generally evolves from mild imbalance to intermediate coordination,but there is still much room for improvement from good coordination and high-quality coordination;and( 3) the two systems are basically in the same trend The years with high coupling degree are relatively more. Although the coupling coordination degree does not reach the state of polarization,the difference is great,and the years with low level coupling coordination degree account for more.
