摘 要:目的探讨组合磁场(CMF)治疗对骨腱界面损伤修复的影响。方法2018年7月至2019年7月,将由中南大学实验动物学部提供的24只成年新西兰雄兔建立髌骨部分切除模型,采用随机数字表法分为2组(每组12只):治疗组术后给予CMF治疗(30 min/d),对照组予以假治疗(设备关机状态)。术后12周收获髌骨-髌腱复合体标本行组织学、影像学和生物力学检测。组间比较采用独立样本t检验。结果组织学染色结果显示,CMF治疗能明显促进愈合界面骨、纤维软骨的形成和成熟。影像学检测发现治疗组面积、长度、骨矿化含量、骨密度和骨显微形态学参数等量化指标明显优于对照组。拉断实验显示,治疗组的横截面积、拉断负荷、极限强度、拉断能量等力学性能指标[(29.58±4.55)mm^2、(229.2±59.4)N、(8.27±1.21)MPa、(0.478±0.149)J]明显高于对照组[(21.25±3.33)mm^2、(154.2±40.9)N、(6.57±1.16)MPa、(0.268±0.140)J,t=3.619、2.547、2.484、2.516,P<0.05]。结论CMF治疗能明显促进骨腱界面损伤后修复。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combined magnetic fields(CMF)on bone-tendon interface(BTI)healing.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,Twenty-four mature male New Zealand rabbits(Provided by the Department of Experimental Animals,Central South University)with partial patellectomy were used to establish a BTI injury model,and were divided randomly into CMF treatment group(30 min/d)or placebo control group in which the CMF apparatus was turned off,according to the random number table.Their patella-patella tendon complexes were harvested at postoperative week 12 for histological staining,imaging analysis and biomechanical test.The independent sample t test was used for statistical analysis of the quantitative data.Results The histological staining demonstrated that the CMF treatment obviously promoted the formation and maturation of new-formed bone and fibrocartilage.The quantitative indexes of the new-formed bone,such as area,length,bone mineralization content,bone mineralization density and bone micromorphological parameters,were obviously better in CMF group.Biomechanical test results showed that the cross-sectional area,failure load,ultimate strength and energy at failure in CMF group[(29.58±4.55)mm^2,(229.2±59.4)N,(8.27±1.21)MPa,(0.478±0.149)J]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(21.25±3.33)mm^2,(154.2±40.9)N,(6.57±1.16)MPa,(0.268±0.140)J,t=3.619,2.547,2.484,2.516,P<0.05].Conclusion CMF therapy accelerated the healing process of BTI injury.
