摘  要:研究表明骨组织和骨细胞中存在血管紧张素转换酶(ACE),还发现骨组织ACE的异常激活参与骨疾病的发生。目前,对骨组织ACE在骨疾病中的具体作用和机制的研究,是骨科研究领域的热点。近来研究显示,骨组织ACE直接参与调控骨微循环和骨代谢的病理生理过程,本文就骨组织ACE在股骨头缺血性坏死、骨质疏松和类风湿性关节炎等骨疾病中的作用及机制的研究进展予以综述。More and more studies have revealed the existence of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)in bone tissue and bone cells,and it has also been found that abnormal activation of bone local ACE is involved in the occurrence of bone diseases.At present,the research on the specific role and mechanism of bone local ACE in bone diseases has become a hot spot in the field of orthopedic research.Recent studies have shown that bone tissue ACE is directly involved in the pathophysiology of bone microcirculation and bone metabolism.This review summarizes the research progress of the role and mechanism of bone local ACE in bone diseases such as ischemic necrosis of the femoral head,osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis.
