摘　　要：皮肤软组织扩张术是整形外科常用治疗手段之一,但其产生的新增皮肤组织机制一直没有明确定论。本综述回顾总结皮肤软组织扩张术新生皮肤组织来源的研究进展,并重点分析巨噬细胞可能参与皮肤扩张术皮肤组织新生的机制,为本领域研究寻找新方向,展望未来该领域的研究趋势。Skin soft tissue expansion is one of the most commonly used technique in plastic surgery,however,the mechanism of the new skin tissue during expansion has not been clearly defined.Thisreview summarizes the research progress of the source of new skin tissue in skin and soft tissue expansion,and especiallyfocus on the mechanism that macrophage may participate in the skin tissue regeneration of skin expansion,to find new directions for this field of research,and look forward to future research trend in this field.
