摘 要:雄激素源性脱发,是最常见的脱发类型。临床上脱发虽然不会带来身体上的损害,但是严重影响患者心理。随着社会经济发展,人们对美容外观需求逐渐提高,针对脱发的研究也越发受到学界重视。雄激素源性脱发的动物模型在探究其发病机制和筛选治疗方法中发挥着关键作用。本文根据文献报道回顾了雄激素源性脱发动物模型的相关研究,对脱发病因、造模类型及造模效果等方面进行简单综述,并对动物模型在临床中的转化应用进行总结和展望。Androgenic alopecia is the most common type of hair loss.Although clinical hair loss will not cause physical damage,but seriously affect the patient’s psychology.With the social and economic development,people’s demand for appearance is gradually increasing,and the research on hair loss has also been paid more and more attention by academia.Animal models of androgenic alopecia play a key role in exploring its pathogenesis and screening treatment methods.This paper reviews the relevant studies of animal models of androgenetic alopecia based on literature reports,briefly reviews the etiology of alopecia,types of modeling,and effects of modeling,and summarizes and prospects the application of animal models in clinical transformation.
