不同术式应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者临床治疗的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:不同术式应用于老年股骨颈骨折患者临床治疗的价值分析.方法:择选于2017年11月-2018年11月时间段内我院收治的74例老年股骨颈骨折患者为对象展开研究分析,参照随机双盲法则分成2组,一组37例接受全髋关节置换术(对照组),一组37例接受双极人工股骨头置换术(观察组),比较分析2组患者的术中相关指标、术后6个月与12个月的患髋Harris功能评分以及远期并发症情况.结果:观察组术中相关指标对比对照组,数据均较小,组间差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月与12个月的患髋Harris功能评分与对照组比较,数据值较大,组间差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);此外,观察组术后远期并发症发生率为13.51%,对照组术后远期并发症发生率为16.22%,组间差异统计学意义不成立(P>0.05).结论:老年股骨颈骨折患者临床行双极人工股骨头置换术,不仅操作简便,创伤较小,还能改善患髋关节功能,有利于患者预后获取更高的生活质量.Objective:different operative methods applied in clinical treatment in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture analysis of the value.Methods:to choose his own in November 2017-November 2018 period our hospital 74 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture as the object of study,reference,randomized,double-blind law is divided into two groups,one group of 37 patients who underwent total hip replacement(control group),a group of 37 patients who underwent bipolar artificial femoral head replacement(treatment group)and related parameters of the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with intraoperative and postoperative 6 months and 12 months of develop Harris hip score and long-term complications.Results:the treatment group compared to control group,intraoperative relevant indicators data are sm all,differences between groups established statistical significance(P<0.05);Treatment group after 6 months and 12 months of develop Harris hip score compared with control group,established statistically significant difference between the data value is bigger,groups(P<0.05);In addition,the treatment group alter long-term complication rate was 13.51%,the control group after long-term complication rate was 16.22%,statistically significant difference between group was not(P>0.05).Conclusion:elderly patients with femoral neck fracture clinical bipolar artificial femoral head replacement,not only easy operation,less traum a,also can improve the hip joint function,is advantageous to the prognosis for patients with a higher quality of life.
