临床护理路径在改善轻度烧伤护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的:针对轻度烧伤患者治疗期间的护理方式进行探讨,评价临床护理路径的应用价值.方法:本次研究中的观察对象均选自2017年4月-2019年10月期间在本院接受治疗的轻度烧伤患者,共抽选86例,所有患者经计算机随机法被分为2组,对照组予以患者传统护理,观察组在护理干预中选择临床护理路径干预模式,比较2组患者的住院时间,日常生活活动能力,并对比患者在护理满意度方面的数据.结果:观察组患者在住院时间、BI指数以及护理满意度方面的数据,与对照组患者相比均存在显著优势(P<0.05).结论:在对轻度烧伤患者进行护理干预时,选择临床护理路径干预方式,其应用效果明显,可减少患者医疗支出,有利于提高患者日常生活能力.Objective:to explore the nursing mode of patients with mild bums during treatment,and evaluate the application value of clinical nursing pathway.Methods:the study of the observed objects are selected from April 2017 to October 2019 treated in our hospital during the period of patients with mild bu m s,selected 86 cases,all patients were divided into two groups by the computer random method,reference group with traditional nursing patients,the team choose the clinical nursing pathway in nursing intervention intervention model,comparison of two groups of patients in hospital tim e,ability of daily life activities,please,and compared with data in nursing satisfaction.Results:compared with the control group,the study group had significant advantages in terms of hospital stay,BI index and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:when nursing intervention for patients with mild bum s,the intervention method of clinical nursing path should be selected.The application effect is obvious,which can reduce the medical expenses of patients and improve their daily living ability.
