摘 要:密度是原油生产和销售中的重要指标,根据油品密度可以将原油划分为轻质油、中质Ⅰ油、中质Ⅱ油以及重质油,不同品质油品的销售价格差异较大。通过多种油品在不同配比下掺混的密度测试实验,借鉴混合原油黏度、凝点及屈服值的计算模型,结合大量实验数据,提出了混合原油密度计算模型。对比实测密度与模型预测密度发现:最大误差为0.001584 g/cm^3,平均误差小于0.0006 g/cm^3,符合国家密度测试的误差标准,该模型的预测结果较为准确,能够为现场原油掺混计算提供参考。(图4,表5,参27)Density is an important indicator in production and sales of crude oil.According to the density of oil products,crude oil can be divided into light oil,medium-I oil,medium-II oil and heavy oil,and the prices of different oils vary greatly.Through the density testing of various oil products at different mix ratio and with reference to the calculation model of the viscosity,freezing point and yield value of mixed crude oil,calculation model of crude oil density was put forward based on the massive experimental data.Comparing the measured density with the predicted density of the model,it is found that the maximum error is 0.001584 g/cm^3,and the average error is less than 0.0006 g/cm^3,which meets the error standard of the national density test.Therefore,the prediction result of the model is relatively accurate and could provide a reference for onsite blending.(4 Figures,5 Tables,27 References)
