摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,我国市场经济体制正在不断的进行改革创新,使得有关水利工程的很多方面都得到了相应发展。而且在这个过程中,尤其是水利工程的投标报价编制已经逐渐趋于透明化,这样一方面有利于招标商根据报价做出最优选择,在赢得利益的前提下保证工程的质量,另一方面还可以约束投标企业更好的提升自我的施工水平,以应对未来更严峻的挑战。因此本文主要针对市场经济改革后水利工程投标报价该如何编制进行分析与介绍。With the development of social economy,China's market economic system is constantly reforming and innovating,which has resulted in corresponding developments in many aspects of water conservancy projects.And in this process,especially the preparation of bid quotations for water conservancy projects has gradually become more transparent.This will help the tenderer to make the best choice based on the quotation and ensure the quality of the project while winning the benefits.It can also constrain bidding companies to better improve their own construction level to deal with more severe challenges in the future.Therefore,this article mainly analyzes and introduces how to compile bid quotations for water conservancy projects after the market economy reform.
