摘  要:水轮机是水力发电站的核心部件之一,水轮机叶片出现裂纹,会对水轮机的实际运行状态产生严重的影响,因而加强水轮机叶片裂纹的原因分析具有重要的现实意义,在此基础上提出裂纹产生的控制措施,从而有效的保证水轮机的实际工作效果。本文以公伯峡水电站300MW混流式水轮机为例,分析中、高比转速混流式水轮机转轮叶片裂纹产生的原因,提出相应的处理对策,在转轮裂纹处理过程中作为参考。The hydraulic turbine is one of the core components of hydroelectric power stations.Cracks in the turbine blades will have a serious impact on the actual operating state of the turbine.Therefore,the analysis of the causes of the cracks in the turbine blades has important practical significance.On this basis,the control measures for cracks are proposed,so as to effectively ensure the actual working effect of the turbine.This paper takes the 300MW Francis turbine of Gongboxia Hydropower Station as an example,analyzes the causes of the cracks in the runner blades of the Francis turbines with medium and high specific speeds,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,which will be used as a reference in the process of runner cracks.
