摘  要:转体T构桥梁的承台施工属于大体积混凝土,水化热现场相对严重,需要采用合理的计算方法,结合具体有效的温控措施,防止混凝土施工过程中的裂缝产生。为了更好地控制施工质量,运用MIDAS civil结构分析软件进行仿真分析,并优化测点布置方案,进行现场测试、动态调节控制。结果表明:运用MIDAS数值仿真分析和现场动态实测调节,实测与分析较为一致,不仅保证了混凝土的最终实体质量,同时也验证了MIDAS在承台混凝土水化热分析的可行性。The construction of the platform of the rotating T-frame bridge belongs to mass concrete.The hydration heat is relatively serious on site.It is necessary to adopt a reasonable calculation method,combined with specific and effective temperature control measures,to prevent cracks in the concrete construction process.In order to better control the construction quality,the MIDAS civil structural analysis software is used for simulation analysis,and the layout of measuring points is optimized,on-site testing and dynamic adjustment control are carried out.The results show that:using MIDAS numerical simulation analysis and on-site dynamic measurement and adjustment,the actual measurement and analysis are relatively consistent,which not only guarantees the final physical quality of the concrete,but also verifies the feasibility of MIDAS in the hydration heat analysis of the concrete cap.
