中药敷背散治疗小儿咳嗽病临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药敷背散敷肺区治疗小儿咳嗽病的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2018年9月—2019年9月收治的240例咳嗽病患儿,随机分为3组,各80例。治疗组单纯使用自拟中药方敷背散外敷肺区治疗;对照组A采用敷背散+小儿鼓翘清热颗粒;对照组B采用抗生素及对症治疗。比较3组临床效果。结果治疗组、对照组A总有效率高于对照组B,数据有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。治疗组、对照组A治愈时间、症状缓解/消失时间均低于对照组B,数据有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。治疗组再感染率、不良反应发生率低于对照组A、对照组B,数据有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论敷背散外敷肺区治疗小儿咳嗽病可提高临床疗效,减少患儿再感率以及皮肤不良反应事件的发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective Through a randomized controlled study on the treatment of children’s cough in the lung area of Fubei powder,to objective evaluate its clinical effect,explore the safe and effective method of external application of traditional Chinese medicine for children’s cough,improve the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for children’s cough,reduce the use and abuse of antibiotics,reduce side effects,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing children’s resistance. Methods 240 children with cough admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into three groups,with 80 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated only with external application of Fubei powder,the control group A was treated with Fubei powder and Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules,and the control group B was treated with antibiotics and symptomatic treatment. The clinical effects of the three groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group A was higher than that of control group B,and there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). The cure time and symptom relief/disappearance time of treatment group and control group A were lower than those of control group B,and there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). The rates of reinfection and adverse reactions in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group A and B,and there were statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05).Conclusion External application of Fubei powder in the lung area can improve the clinical effect of children’s cough,reduce the incidence of children’s re sensitivity and skin adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
