摘　　要：目的探讨调肝降脂饮对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎痰湿内阻型患者的肝功能及血清TG、TC水平的影响。方法选取肝病科确定的120名非酒精性脂肪性肝炎痰湿内阻型患者,随机分成观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予易善复胶囊治疗,观察组给予自拟调肝降脂饮治疗,连续治疗3个月后比较2组患者的临床疗效、肝功能和血清TG、TC水平。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后肝功能指标AST、ALT、γ-GT水平和血清TC、TG水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论调肝降脂饮可显著改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎痰湿内阻型患者的肝功能,降低血清TG、TC水平,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of Tiaogan Jiangzhi drink on liver function and serum TG and TC levels in patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of phlegm-dampness internal resistance type. Methods 120 non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients with phlegmdampness internal resistance type identified in department of hepatology of our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each. The control group was given Yishanfu capsule treatment,and the observation group was given self-made Tiaogan Jiangzhi drink. After 3 months of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy,liver function,serum TG and TC levels were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the levels of AST,ALT,γ-GT and serum TC and TG of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tiaogan Jiangzhi drink can significantly improve the liver function of patients with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of phlegm-dampness internal resistance type,and reduce the serum TG and TC levels,and have a significant therapeutic effect.
