气压弹道式体外冲击波联合益肾消痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎30例

摘　　要：目的观察气压弹道式体外冲击波联合益肾消痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选择2019年6月—2019年12月确诊为强直性脊柱炎患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,2组均经辨证后给以益肾消痹丸及双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊口服,治疗组加用气压弹道式体外冲击波治疗(每5天治疗一次,共治疗6次)。2组均治疗30 d后观察疗效。结果治疗后优良率治疗组为76.7%、对照组为43.3%,总有效率治疗组为93.3%、对照组为83.3%。2组治疗后BASDAI及BASFI评分均有明显改善。结论气压弹道式体外冲击波联合益肾消痹丸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效显著,无创治疗患者易于接受,为强直性脊柱炎治疗提供一种新思路。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese patent medicine Yishen Xiaobi pills in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Method 60 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who were diagnosed in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each. After syndrome differentiation,both Yishen Xiaobi pills and Diclofenac Sodium Dual release enteric-coated capsules were given orally,and the treatment group was treated with pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave treatment( treatment once every 5 days for a total of 6 treatments). Both groups were treated for 30 days,and the effect was observed. Result After treatment,the excellent rates of the two groups was 76. 7% in the treatment group and 43. 3% in the control group. The total effective rate was 93. 3% in the treatment group and 83. 3%in the control group. BASDAI and BASFI scores have improved significantly. Conclusion Pneumatic ballistic extracorporeal shock wave combined with Chinese patent medicine Yishen Xiaobi pills has significant curative effect on ankylosing spondylitis,and is easily accepted by non-invasive treatment patients,which provides a new way for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
