半夏白术天麻汤治疗椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤加减联合盐酸倍他司汀在椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕中的临床疗效。方法选取2019年11月—2020年6月收治的66例椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法对其进行分组,对照组33例患者使用盐酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组33例患者在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,比较2组患者治疗前及治疗1个月后的基底动脉峰流速及中医证候评分。结果治疗前2组患者基底动脉峰流速及中医证候评分差异不大,P>0.05;治疗后2组指标均有改善,但观察组患者的基底动脉峰流速比对照组快,中医证候评分比对照组低,P<0.05。结论给予椎-基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者半夏白术天麻汤加减联合盐酸倍他司汀治疗,可以有效改善患者颅脑血流动力学,从而减轻或消除其眩晕症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of vertebrae-basal artery ischemic vertigo. Methods 66 patients with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo treated in our hospital from November 2019 to June 2020 were grouped according to random digital table. 33 patients in the control group were treated with betastatin hydrochloride,and 33 patients in the observation group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the basis of the control group. Basilar artery peak velocity and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after treatment. Results The basal artery peak velocity and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before treatment were not different( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the indexes of the two groups were improved,but the basal artery peak velocity of the observation group was faster than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Betastatin hydrochloride can effectively improve the traumatic hemodynamics and relieve or eliminate the vertigo symptoms.
