缩泉胶囊治疗小儿神经性尿频临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用缩泉胶囊治疗小儿神经性尿频的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年6月在山西省儿童医院肾内科门诊就诊的86例神经性尿频患儿,随机分为2组,每组43例。对照组给予复合维生素B口服,治疗组给予复合维生素B+缩泉胶囊口服。2周为一个疗程,比较2组治疗效果及药物不良反应,并在治疗结束后随访半年,记录复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率95.3%,显著高于对照组79.1%(P<0.05);治疗组尿频症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间治疗组患儿复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缩泉胶囊口服治疗儿童神经性尿频具有良好效果及低复发率,且未发现药物不良反应,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shaoquan capsule in the treatment of infantile neurogenic frequency of micturition.Methods A total of 86 children with neuropathic dysuria in department of nephrology of Shanxi Children’s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Multivitamin B,and the treatment group was given compound vitamin B and Suoquan capsule orally. 2 weeks was a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95. 3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 79. 1%)( P < 0. 05). The time of the symptom disappearing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Suoquan capsule has good effect and low recurrence rate in the treatment of children with neurogenic urinary frequency,and no adverse drug reaction was found.
