异功散合活络效灵丹治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察异功散合活络效灵丹治疗脾虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性萎缩性胃炎脾虚血瘀型患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组予胃复春片治疗,治疗组采用异功散合活络效灵丹治疗,疗程均为6个月,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医症状积分和胃黏膜病理变化。结果对照组总有效率70%,治疗组总有效率90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组主要中医症状积分和病理积分组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论异功散合活络效灵丹能有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状和病理表现。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yigong powder combined with Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pills in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis( CAG) with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods Totally 80 cases of CAG patients were randomized into the treatment group and control group,with 40 in each. The control group was given Weifuchun tablets. The treatment group was given Yigong powder combined with Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pills. The treatment lasted for 6 months. The clinical efficacy,symptoms and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate was 70% in the control group and 90% in the treatment group,and there had statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). The difference of TCM symptom score and pathology score between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yigong powder combined with Huoluo Xiaoling mini-pills can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations of CAG.
