调中益气汤治疗二尖瓣脱垂验案1则

摘　　要：二尖瓣脱垂是指二尖瓣叶在心室收缩期脱入左心房,伴或不伴有二尖瓣关闭不全,其猝死率高达0.4%~2%,目前国内外首选二尖瓣成形术治疗此病。但对于无法进行手术者,治疗面临很大困境。任晓芳主任医师从事临床工作多年,在心血管疾病治疗方面积累了丰富经验。现将任老师运用调中益气汤治疗二尖瓣脱垂验案一则介绍如下,并分析其诊病思路及用药经验。Mitral valve prolapse refers to the sudden death rate of mitral valve leaflet,which falls into the left atrium during ventricular systole,with or without mitral insufficiency. At present,mitral valvuloplasty is the first choice at home and abroad to treat this disease.However,there will be facing great difficulties if the patients are unable to do surgical treatment. Dr. Ren Xiaofang has been engaged in clinical work for many years and has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Here is an introduction to the case of Mr. Ren’s treatment of mitral valve prolapse with Tiaozhong Yiqi decoction,and an analysis of his thinking of diagnosis and experience in medication.
