基于中医脾概念阐析利拉鲁肽降糖机理

摘　　要：利拉鲁肽是一种长效胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物,呈葡萄糖依赖性刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素,降低血糖,广泛用于治疗2型糖尿病。中医"脾"为后天之本,脾为中轴,位于中焦,"脾气散精"、"脾主运化"。脾的位置属性和生理功能与利拉鲁肽降糖的功能有着异曲同工之妙。文章从中医"脾"角度出发,阐析利拉鲁肽通过调节信号通路治疗糖尿病的作用机理,以期更好地指导临床应用。Liraglutide is a long-acting glucagon-like peptide-1( GLP-1) analogue,which is glucose-dependent in stimulating islet β cells to secrete insulin and lower blood glucose. The"spleen"of traditional Chinese medicine is the central axis and is located in the middle focus.The location properties and physiological functions of the spleen are similar to the hypoglycemic function of liraglutide. This article analyzes the mechanism of action of liraglutide on diabetic patients through regulating signal pathway from the perspective of "spleen"of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to better guide clinical application.
