摘 要:为了建立进口材气干密度近红外光谱校正模型,实现对进口材气干密度的快速预测,以进口阔叶材桃花心木和针叶材辐射松两种木材为研究对象,测定其气干密度真值结合近红外光谱技术,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)在全波段(350~2500 nm)建立两个材种的气干密度相应的校正模型,并采用外部验证,最终建立两种木材的气干密度的预测模型。结果表明:桃花心木木材的气干密度范围为0.433~0.840 g·cm^-3,辐射松的为0.260~0.600 g·cm^-3;不同方法建立的桃花心木木材气干密度近红外光谱校正模型相关参数均好于辐射松的;校正模型的外部验证表明,桃花心木木材气干密度预测模型精度较高,相关系数达到0.90,而辐射松木材气干密度预测模型相关系数为0.75。总之,进口阔叶材桃花心木木材的平均气干密度比针叶材辐射松的大。相较于针叶材辐射松,建立的阔叶材桃花心木木材气干密度预测模型更能较精准的预测其密度真值。In order to establish the NIR calibration models and realize the fast prediction of air-dry density of imported woods,taken two kinds of imported wood,hardwood mahogany(Swietenia mahagoni King)and softwood radiata pine(Pinus radiate D.Don)as the research objects,the value of air dry density was determined.In combination with NIR method,calibration models of air dry density of the two tree species were established using partial least squares(PLS)method in the full band(350-2500 nm).And then,after comparing the accuracy of the calibration models,external verification was used to establish the prediction models of the air dry density of the two tree species.The results showed that the air dry density of radiata pine ranged from 0.260 to 0.600 g·cm^-3,and that of mahogany was 0.433 to 0.840 g·cm^-3.The relative parameters of calibration models of air dry density of mahogany wood were better than that of radiata pine.The external validation of the calibration models showed that the prediction model of air dry density of mahogany wood had a higher accuracy with a correlation coefficient of 0.90,while that of radiata pine was 0.75.In general,the average air dry density of mahogany was larger than that of radiata pine.Compared with softwood radiata pine,the prediction model of air dry density of hardwood mahogany wood could predict its true density more accurately.
