摘 要:以2种十字花科蔬菜萝卜和白菜单作、薰衣草单作、薰衣草和十字花科蔬菜萝卜和白菜间作根际土壤为研究对象,探讨薰衣草和2种十字花科蔬菜间作处理对根际土壤酶活性的影响。采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法、苯酚钠比色法、茚三酮比色法对土壤酶活性进行测定,对间作后土壤微生物数量及酶活性进行分析。结果表明:与单作相比,萝卜与薰衣草2∶3间作种植模式,土壤中蔗糖酶含量增加30.9%,脲酶和蛋白酶含量分别减少1.8%和2.3%;白菜与薰衣草2∶3间作种植模式,土壤中蔗糖酶含量增加12.5%,脲酶和蛋白酶含量分别减少3.5%和0.3%。薰衣草间作萝卜、白菜可以改善作物根际土壤酶活性,且对于作物生长有积极意义。The rhizosphere soil of two cruciferous vegetables,radish and cabbage monoculture,lavender monoculture,and cruciferous vegetable radish and cabbage intercropping rhizosphere soil were studied to investigate the effects of lavender and two cruciferous vegetables intercropping on rhizosphere soil enzyme activities.Soil enzyme activities were determined by 3,5-Dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry,sodium phenol colorimetry and ninhydrin colorimetry.The number of soil microorganisms and enzyme activities after intercropping were analyzed.The results showed that:compared with monocropping,the content of sucrase increased by 30.9%,the content of urease and protease decreased by 1.8%and 2.3%respectively in the intercropping mode of radish and lavender(2∶3);the content of sucrase in soil increased by 12.5%,the content of urease and proteinase decreased by 3.5%and 0.3%respectively in the intercropping mode of cabbage and lavender.Lavender intercropping with radish and cabbage can improve soil enzyme activities in crop rhizosphere,and it has positive significance for crop growth.
