摘 要:用30%茶皂素在新疆塔城市草原对蝗虫(locusta migratoria manilensis)进行了生物防控试验。田间试验的结果表明,采用60mL/667m^2剂量防控效果比较好,最佳效果的剂量是80mL/667m^2。在第10d的防控效果达到了88%,防控草原蝗虫的效果较为理想。且这种生物农药对草原植被未产生药害,属于高效低毒、无残留植物制剂,克服了许多化学农药毒性高、残留高及对环境影响大的缺点,具有很好的推广应用前景,可替代化学农药用于蝗虫的防控。Biological control test on grassland locust in Tacheng grassland of Xinjiang province was carried out with 30%tea saponin.The results of field trials indicated that the dose of 60mL/667m^2 was better,and the best dose was 80mL/667m^2.After 10 days of application,when the concentration of tea saponin was 80mL/667m^2,the control effect reached 88%.Tea saponin was a kind of plant preparation with high efficiency,low toxicity and no residue,which overcame the shortcomings of many chemical pesticides,such as high toxicity,high residue and great impact on the environment.It had a good prospect of popularization and application,and could replaced chemical pesticides in the prevention and control of locusts.
