摘　　要：介绍了一种用于高频电路组件涂覆的国产硅酮敷形涂料,通过涂料电性能参数测试,国产硅酮涂料符合高频介电性能要求。涂料涂覆于L波段电路样件,进行了温度冲击、湿热试验、盐雾试验电性能测试对比,研究了L波段电路样件涂覆前后的关键指标变化和环境试验后漆膜外观变化。试验结果表明:该硅酮涂料对L波段电路具有良好的防护能力,可以进一步在产品中推广应用。A domestic silicone conformal coating used for the high frequency circuit components is introduced,it meets the requirements of high frequency dielectric performance through the test of the correspondent parameters for the electrical performance of the coating.The coating is applied to L-band circuit samples,the changes of the key indicators were measured before and after the L-band circuit was coated with this coating;the electrical performance is tested and compared by temperature shock test,damp heat test and salt spray test.The changes of key indexes before and after coating,and the appearance changes of the coating after environmental test are studied.The experimental results show that the domestic silicone conformal coating has good protection ability for L-band circuit,and can be further promoted and applied into the products.
